Community based Learning Experience in Aboriginal Health (IHHS 408), College of Health Disciplines, University of British Columbia

Eligible Trainees: all health discipline students and residents

Location: various Aboriginal sites across British Columbia – Cowichan Band (near Duncan, BC), Mt. Currie Band (near Pemberton, BC), Seabird Island Band (near Agassiz, BC), and Esketemc (near Williams Lake, BC).

Duration: 4 weeks in May/June, every year

Write about any background in Aboriginal health that you may have. Also indicate your preference in site location. Rural Aboriginal Health Clinical Elective, Department of Family Medicine, University of British Columbia

Eligible Trainees: 4th year medical students

Location: Various rural locations within Fraser Health Authority region.  Location of the placement will be confirmed by Elective staff upon confirmation of the elective.

Duration: 4 weeks
